Philosophy: She has a great deal of experience caring for children starting from 8 younger siblings to 3 children of my own. She been practicing Pediatric medicine for 30 years.
Her goal is to help parents care for their children by providing appropriate anticipatory guidance which hopefully can alleviate the anxiety of parenting. She strives to guides parents and help them enjoy their family. She promotes healthy, active lifestyles, preventive care, and is well-trained to address acute issues as well.
She cares for newborns at Castle Adventist Health Birth Center, but also communicates with Pediatric Specialists and Hospital Staff at Kapiolani.
Background: Board Certified by American Academy of Pediatrics Dr. Amy was raised in Kailua and is from a family of 10 children. She has 3 children and 2 granddaughters. She is committed to supporting families raise their children well.
